Please be advised of the potential of our cubes to melt during transit and re-solidify in large chunk form (Doesn’t compromise product in any way).

Thera-Cubes are heat-sensitive and may melt if exposed to high temperatures. We recommend bringing your package inside promptly for quality assurance. However if a package is compromised in any way, claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery; we're not responsible for items left in heat beyond that.
